| 1. Rental Fee does not include deposit . Once dress is chosen , deposit of $250 is required to reserve dress. The deposit shall be refunded upon return of dress in its original condition to Kimono Fusion . |
2. Per day late return fees; |
| 3. If you need to postpone the date of return, you must inquire the availability of dress rental schedule. |
4. If any or all items are not returned without notice on due back date, entire deposit is surendered to Kimono Fusion. |
5. If any or all items are not returned within 2 business days of due back date, entire deposit is surrendered to Fusion kimono. |
| 6. Must Return all rented items in same original packaging as received in. |
7. Dress and rented accessories are to be returned in the same condition. |
8. NO rips, tears, burns, broken or lost items or accessories and un-removable stains. |
9. Do not have Wedding Dress Altered. If you do, you will forfeit both your rental and deposit fees. If you fail to return the dress and/or Accessories on time, or do not return in same condition as rented, you agree to pay for additional rental fee ( *See Per day late rental fee for each item rented) and/or value of items rented per this agreement, forfeiting deposit for each item rented. |
10. You are responsible for returning the rented garments to Kimono Fusion. |
11. Cancellations must be made no less than 60days prior to pick up. 50% deposit charge will be applied. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made less than 60days prior to pick up date. |
| 12. Kimono Fusion guarantees dress and accessories will be clean and available for requested pick-up date. |
| 13. Dry cleaning is Included in your rental fee~ |
14. Do Not dry-clean gown. It is part of your rental price ~ |
