A: Kimono Fusion will reimburse half of deposit for all cancellations processed fifty days proir to scheduled pickup date.
Kimono Fusion will not reimburse any deposit amount for cancellations processed under fifty days of scheduled pick up date.
A:Please consult the time in advance, I may be able to make necessary time arrangements.
A:Please do not clean the dress and accessories. Dress requires special care dry cleaning. If stained , just soak with water. Do not use any stain remover. Return to Kimono Fusion as soon as possible.
A: Kimono Fusion will not change returning date once there is a signed agreement. If you provide 24 hour notice,
Kimono Fusion may be able to extend the return date based on dress rental schedule. An additional fee will apply ($50 per day).
